Want Boutique

So I'm just going to start off by saying sorry for not posting in a super long time. I wish I could say I've been really busy doing cool stuff, but to be honest... there's just been a lot of Netflix to watch (you understand).
Anyway, a couple of weeks ago we went to go visit our friends at Want Boutique in Richmond Hill, where we got to try on some amazing clothes and hang out with the super sweet staff (woo alliteration!)
If you're ever on the lookout for amazing, unique clothes, gorgeous accessories, and helpful, friendly staff, run don't walk to Want Boutique. I fell in love with the cute, girly decor as well.
Check out Want Boutique for labels like J Brand, Henry & Belle, Wildfox, Citizens of Humanity, Free People, House of Harlow, Sherri Hill, and more.

Summer? Fall? I'm confused.

A short conversation I had with my mother today:
Me: Mom, it's sweater weather, you know what that means!
Mom and I simultaneously: BOOTS
I don't think I can properly convey the excitement in our voices. But trust me, it was very much there.
(We really like boots.)
Thrifted hat and shoes, Gap jacket, Gap t-shirt, Aldo necklace, H&M pants, Want Boutique ring
It's been a little hard these past couple of weeks with the weather not being able to make up its mind. So above is more of a fall outfit, while mine serves as a little "end-of-summer" get up. (By the way, we love these shiny pants, but they're super itchy. PAIN IS BEAUTY, I SUPPOSE.)
Urban Outfitters shirt and bralette, H&M vest
Arturo Chang heels (yes, Michelle, these are yours)
Thanks for stopping by!

Just a little bit of glitter.

I think we can all agree that not much beats getting dressed up. So it was exciting for us when we got to go in and try on some dresses at Maxi Boutique in Yorkville. We enjoyed chatting with the store owner, Elizabeth, and looking at the gorgeous dresses. We thought it was appropriate to upload this post in the spirit of TIFF, which is happening right now in our city. Although neither of us are going to some fancy TIFF party (so sad...), we like to think that if we were, we would wear dresses from this gorgeous boutique. Enjoy!

So can someone please buy me this dress? Thanks.

A good ol' girls day.

Last week we met up in Yorkville to do some shopping, have lunch, and visit a couple of my mom's clients.
We had the pleasure of going into a store called Kumari's, a bright little boutique which features a whirlwind of neatly organized pashminas in every colour, cashmere ponchos, and gorgeous, unique jewelry. If you're ever in Yorkville, make sure to hit up this super fun store.

Statement rings
My mom loved this stunning necklace made of turquoise
Kumari's delicate black lace jacket
Next stop: lunch! At one of my favourite places to eat ever. Moroco is probably the cutest, most luscious little lounge I've ever experienced. And the food is just ugh amazing.
Moroco Chocolate Boutique is heavenly

And then we shopped. We spent forever in Anthropologie... Honestly if that store was my closet I would not complain.
We thought this was appropriate.
Mom's adding this dress from Anthropologie to her lust list.
On mom: Joe Fresh dress, Michael Kors heels, Francesco Biasia bag, vintage hat and cardigan. On me: Brandy Melville shirt and bralette, American Apparel jeans, Roots bag, Toms shoes, Urban Outfitters sunglasses
Thanks for checking in! See ya,
Taylor
